DECLARATION OF SUPPORT FOR ISRAEL

On the 23rd of December 2016, the UN Security Council passed another resolution condemning Israel, demanding the immediate end to the building of new settlements on the areas of Judea and Samaria and East Jerusalem. We object to this damaging and anti-Israel resolution. Moved by the injustice, we declare our support and solidarity with the nation of Israel.
Israel has the right to exist as a State.
Israel has the right to the land from the river Jordan to the Mediterranean Sea!
Israel has the right to defence against those who threaten it, wanting to weaken and take its land.
Jerusalem is an undivided city; for centuries the unchanging capital and heart of Israel!
State governments and international organisation questioning this order violate the nation’s right to self-determination.
We, the undersigned Polish people, know how precious it is to regain once lost freedom. Therefore, we identify with Israel today, who, after many centuries of absence, has returned to its land and regained its state. We support its right to sovereignty and to a life in peace.
We emphasise that Israel has both the historical and moral right to settle the land – which is its property – without any limitations.
