Podziękowanie dla uczestników Marszu Życia w Kielcach:
Pragnę serdecznie podziękować wszystkim, którzy wzięli udział w Marszu Życia w Kielcach w dniu 2 lipca 2017 roku.
Wielu z Was przyjechało z odległych stron Polski, aby dać wyraz poparcia dla narodu żydowskiego. Pogrom Żydów w Kielcach, 4 lipca 1946 roku, stał się niechlubnym symbolem polskiego antysemityzmu. Wasza obecność na Marszu była świadectwem tego, że jesteście gotowi zamieniać drogi śmierci na drogi życia i w ten sposób nieść pocieszenie dla narodu żydowskiego. To jest Wasz nieoceniony wkład w budowanie mostu pojednania i przyjaźni z narodem żydowskim. I jest to też sprawiedliwe i miłe w oczach Boga Izraela, który dał nam obietnicę, że te narody, „które błogosławią Izraela, będą błogosławione.” Jest to też szczególny przejaw patriotyzmu, wynikający z Pisma Świętego: „chcesz błogosławieństwa dla Polski, błogosław Izrael.” 1 Mjż 12,3.
Otrzymaliśmy kilka słów od Beniamina Barenhloca, ocalałego z pogromu kieleckiego. Jego słowa są dowodem na to jak ważna była Wasza obecność na Marszu Życia:
„Kochany Edwardzie, wraz z organizatorami Marszu! Niezwykły jest sam fakt, że sala, gdzie przesiadywali młodzi bandyci z huty ” Ludwików „, dzisiaj jest salą wystąpień mieszkańców Kielc dla dobra wspólnego i dla dobra dla Izraela. Wasze starania są jedynym lekiem, gojącym ranę przeszłości! Ja, jako cudem ocalały z tego nieszczęsnego pogromu, chylę głowę przed nowym nurtem zwrotnym Polaków, Polskich patriotów, pragnących załatać czarną wielka ranę historyczną, ciążącą na narodzie polskim. Niech Was Bóg prowadzi do świętego celu! Amen! B.B – Izrael.”

I would like to sincerely thank all those who took part in the March of Life in Kielce on July 2, 2017.
Many of you have come from distant parts of Poland to express their support for the Jewish people. The pogrom of Jews in Kielce on July 4th 1946, has become a disgraceful symbol of Polish anti-Semitism. Your presence at the March was a testimony to the fact that you are ready to change the ways of death to the ways of life, and thus bring consolation to the Jewish people. It is your invaluable contribution into building a bridge of reconciliation and friendship with the Jewish people. And it is also just and pleasing in the eyes of the God of Israel, who gave us the promise that „these nations who will bless Israel shall be blessed.”. It is also a special manifestation of patriotism, being a result of God’s promise from the Scriptures: „If You want blessings for Poland, bless Israel. „1st Book of Moses 12.3.”
We received a few words from Benjamin Barenhloc, survivor of the Kielce pogrom. His letter testify to the importance of your presence at the March of Life:
„Dear Edward, and the organizers of the March! It is an amazing fact that the hall, where young bandits from the „Ludwików” ironworks use to gather is today a place of meeting for Kielce residents, comeing together for the common good and for the good of Israel. Your efforts are the only remedy that can heal the hurt of the past! I, as the one who have miraculously survived this wretched pogrom, I bow my head to the new wawe of Poles, Polish patriots, wishing to tackle the great black historical wound, which is a burden on the Polish nation. May God lead you in this sacred purpose! Amen! B.B – Israel. „
